Avoid Vaseline all petroleum products, which are not healthy or helpful.

I enjoy empsin Soak your feet in a beautiful, warm salts.
When the heel is cured with a pumice stone every day in the bathtub or shower.
Shower and bath and apply a foot cream (Bed Bath and Beyond carries a fine)
and apply and wear socks .. Be sure to drink more water and take a vitamin every day.
Foot massage with the cream to increase circulation. Be careful, because the cracks may be infected.

It also makes Dr. Scholl foot cream cracked look at the pharmacy.

Rub generously with Vaseline on the heel about 3 times a day. The crack is healed and you should not have this problem. Her feet are very dry (which is usually in winter), and maybe you should Vaseline around the foot rub, to avoid cracks on the Internet. Good luck.

If you are diabetic, ask your doctor.

If not, rub the surface of horn with a pumice stone and apply a moisturizing lotion to the area twice a day.
